All-ASA’s annual flagship tradition, ARTivism, is back! In honor of Women’s History Month, All-ASA is hosting an auction for student artwork on Saturday, March 30 in Los Angeles and donating all proceeds to a female-centered organization in Armenia. This year, we are supporting the Women’s Support Center, a domestic violence shelter with many centers in Armenia which has also doubled as a refugee shelter for forcibly displaced women and children from Artsakh. The venue for ARTivism will be announced on our Instagram later this month. We hope to see all our LA-area friends there in support of Armenian women and our student artists!

A word from our partners
Since the launch of its office in Armenia in 2002, World Wide Fund for Nature Armenia has implemented over 60 projects to protect wildlife, establish and expand protected area systems, combat climate change, promote sustainable energy, support local communities, enhance sustainable food production and living environments, and more.
A central project now focuses on the Caspian or Caucasian Red Deer, once abundant in Armenia, but which is now critically endangered in the country. The program aims to restore the Red Deer population in Armenia by building a breeding center in Dilijan National Park, where the deer is bred, and by periodically releasing the bred Deer Into nature. The first group, composed of 3 individuals, was released into nature in 2022. Starting this year, it is planned to release groups of 8-10 individuals into the wild annually.
You can support this mission by funding a deer’s GPS (and naming the deer!) prior to its release into nature. For more information, check out their website and click here to support. With additional questions, please contact us.
